This is a great place to rent a car from the cute owner to the motorbike, everything is very ok, the owner does not need to keep the passport and driver's license only 2000bath, because of the traffic jam, my friend and I will be late. was fined 1000 baht but she sympathized and helped me and my friend 😁 did not take nó money. THIS IS REALLY GREAT CAR RENTAL everyone should come here

This is a great place to rent a car. Although I had an appointment at 5:30 to return the motobike, I had some reasons that I could not arrive on time. but she still let me return the motobike. here no need to keep your passport. staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I think if you come to THAILAN and need a place to rent a motorbike then I recommend you to come here. here deserves more than 5 stars

Great rental business. The staff was very kind and helpful, and they were both flexible and eager to help with matters surrounding the choice of specific scooters or the rental return dates. The condition of both scooters we rented were top notch. They were well kept, clean and both sets of tires were new even! Esthetically both were B++ also. We could show up to any fancy restaurant or hotel with peace of mind at the overall looks of both vehicles. The only "habitual" marks were the few scrapes or scratches left from other customers' minor riding mishaps. Definitely a place to come with good expectations and confidence. If there was anything to say on thoughts for improvement, it would only be that you should head there early enoughto ensure that the preferred vehicle types or models are available. Motorcycle was a bit old and worn off. Had a lot of scratches, brake handle twisted. Brakes were noisy. Bike was a bit dirty. I didn't like that I couldn't leave my passport as a deposit. There was no phone holder. Limit of 100 kilometers per day, what a joke. Definitely the worst motorcycle rental experience during my 4 months in Thailand. Edit: Never had problems with leaving a passport. And I've rented a lot. You had on the other hand. So new policy is not for the convince of the customer but your company. Same as lack of phone holder. You had problems with ppl destroying then... So no more hodlers. Scratches on the scooter also tell a story... Ppl pay for damage that is never repaired. The Kawasaki 250 I rented from this place was an absolute blast to ride, and easily the highlight of my entire stay in Bangkok. The staff at Rent A Scooter were incredibly kind and polite, and the price was extremely fair and competitive when compared with other rental places in BKK. There was an issue with the license plate on my motorcycle (either it wasn't installed when I picked up the bike, or it fell off during my time with the bike, we weren't able to confirm exactly what happened), and they were still extremely reasonable kind and understanding in coming to a resolution. Still to this day, I'm dreaming about my time on that bike. 10/10 will return for sure when I'm back in town and in need of some wheels. Thank you Rent A Scooter!
